Howard Fletcher has been a successful REALTOR in the DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania markets since 2001. He has worked diligently over that span to stay on top of the housing trends, commercial development, and community information that his clients want and need to know.

A native Washingtonian raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Howard has a lifetime of knowledge about the DMV's culture, history, and evolution from Downtown DC to the expansive Maryland Suburbs to the picturesque Eastern Shore. With extensive market knowledge backed by years of experience in bull and bear markets, Howard skillfully and strategically advises his clients to achieve the best possible outcome in their real estate endeavors.

Before joining Coldwell Banker, Howard was a journalist with Capital News Service and the Capital Gazette in Annapolis, covering the Maryland statehouse and legislature.

Howard uses his skills and experience as a storyteller and multimedia journalist to market his clients' properties and attract buyers to their homes. He enjoys the international reach that Coldwell Banker gives his electronic media and extends those benefits to his clients. He also produced a podcast series, "Ellicott City: Historic Town, Historic Water," currently on Apple podcast, SoundCloud, Spotify, and other platforms.

Howard enjoys trips with his friends and family to the wine country of Northern Virginia and Maryland. As a result, he has forged many relationships with the owners of those establishments and considers himself somewhat of an expert on mid-Atlantic viniculture. His podcast, "Barrel Tasting with Howard Fletcher," is widely listened to for its insights on wineries, craft breweries, and the DMV real estate market.

Howard currently lives in Silver Spring, Maryland. When not producing videos or podcasts, he can frequently be found at the gym, on area hiking trails with his friends, or exploring new places with his sidekick, Milton the Wonder Dog.
